Does Karan himself star in Kabhi Alvida?

Nothing is certain as to the guest appearances in Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna.

Already guesting in the film are Ritesh Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal and Saira Mohan. While the short appearance of Kajol has yet to be confirmed. But now news is coming that Karan Johar himself might be be making a special show in the love story.

Karan last appeared on-screen as a member of Shah Rukh's gang in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jaayenge, Since then he has stuck to directing. But the following still, recently released by the Dharma Productions, shows Karan Johar having a laugh with Rani Mukherji. Rani is dresses in bathrobe, while Karan sports a weird hairstyle.

Is thias just a production still, or does Karan have a role in Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna?

When I saw that still, that is exactly what I began to wonder. Listen, if he can "accommodate" himself in the movie, he better find a way to accommodate Kajol!!

i thought this still might be from the making of the film!may be he's just trying to explain her how to do the scene or something?dont really know.would not be a surprise if he is there. ;D

Kajol is def. in a song if even just for a second! pretty much confirmed. i read a Big B interview that said so. But karan would never go in front of the camera for his own film. he said so (many times) on his show KWK and in many interviews. I hope he sticks to his word!

And FYI the last time he came in a film was Home Delivery (as himself).
