Wonder Woman Kajol
Ali's Notes
Wonders never stop and thank the good Lord for such wonders. These wonders not only make me rich but also give me all the reasons to expect life to give me more and more wonders to make life more and more meaningful. This time my reason for saying all this - the unexpected return of Ms Kajol Ajay Devgan.
What an honour it is for the world of Hindi films to have such an outstanding actress, an actress who has already shown all signs of growing into a much better actress than her grandmother Shobhana Samanth, her aunt Nutan and her mother Tanuja. I am sure they would all agree with me. What is right is right, what say, Maa Tanuja?
Kajol must have fallen for the role and the subject in Fanaa without thinking twice. She seems to have been overwhelmed, obsessed and possessed by the role. No ordinary actress would have been able to do justice to the role and that is what makes Kajoj a more than an extra ordinary actress because she has not only loved the role but also lived it.
At this stage I must heartily thank Mr Ajay Devgan and the little Nysa for letting Kajol do the role which no other actress could have done with the effortless ease that she has and I hope they give her the permission whenever a challenging role like the role in Fanaa comes her way.
PS: I must also thank director Kunal Kohli for making all out efforts to bring back Kajol in a very power-packed role and for moulding her in places where he understood her character better and the result is there, the character alive on screen.
An actress like this actress (and Madhuri Dixit) must not be allowed to go away just because they are married. Your opinion?
